Online Access to Student Information for Parents


Parent Assistant


Northshore's Parent Assistant provides parents and guardians access to information via the Internet regarding their children's:

  • demographic information
  • transportation schedule
  • attendance activity
  • reporting period grades
  • class schedules

Parents and guardians may view the information or request changes to demographic information.

Please contact your school's Parent Assistant Coordinator to obtain your user name and password for Parent Assistant.  Elementary parents will obtain this information by contacting their school's main office.

Student Progress Reports

The Online Progress Report system allows parents of students in grades 7-12 to see information posted by their children's teachers for the current semester, such as:
  • detailed assignments
  • homework
  • test information 
The format and quantity of information will vary from teacher to teacher, but should be helpful to parents in determining their children's progress. Parents can consult with their children's teachers for more information on the specific reports they post.

The Online Progress Report system is separate from Parent Assistant; however, parents use their Parent Assistant login account username and password to access 
Progress Reports.


Touch Base Online Payment System

Touch Base provides parents of students in grades K-12 with a secure online credit card payment option for:
  • Credit Retrieval
  • Secondary Summer Academy
  • Camp Cedar Springs
  • Elementary Band and Orchestra
  • Elementary Sports
  • Student fees
  • Student fines
  • ASB sales 
This option does not include Student Lunch Accounts. 
 
Parents can access Touch Base with their Parent Assistant Login account will use this username and password. 

For the best viewing experience with Touch Base, please use Internet Explorer 9 or 10 and have "Compatibility Mode" turned on. Otherwise, use of other browsers, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari are highly recommended.

Obtaining a Parent Assistant Username and Password

Junior high school and high school parents can contact their child's school Parent Assistant Coordinator to obtain their username and password for Parent Assistant. Elementary parents can obtain this information by contacting their school's main office.
